Track 1: Business transformation for growth & resilience

This track focuses on driving real business outcomes through ERP-led transformation, smarter finance processes, customer innovation and stronger compliance. Expect practical guidance on the strategies and operating models that enable sustainable, profitable growth.

Topics include transformation journeys, CX and product innovation (including PLM), sustainability and regulatory readiness (DPP, EHS, CSRD), and how procurement, business networks and transportation can enhance resilience and profitability.

Track 2: Operations, supply chain & smart manufacturing

Dive into the operational engine of your business - planning, manufacturing, asset management and supply chain execution - and how organisations are building more resilient, efficient and data-driven operations to drive performance and operational excellence.
